These terms form an agreement between you and KINCARDINE MINI MARKET LTD (trading as Steady) for use of kincardinemart.shop and any purchase you make.

2. What we sell
Steady sells physical everyday household goods — cleaning, paper, personal-care and home items — and shelf-stable pantry staples, as one-off kits or through membership with Auto-Restock. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
3. No tobacco and no alcohol (highest priority)
Steady does not sell, ship, supply or broker any tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, heated-tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches or nicotine of any form, nor any alcoholic beverage. Our entire range is tobacco-free and alcohol-free. You may not use Steady to attempt to obtain any such product.
4. Household chemicals safety
Cleaning and personal-care items are ordinary consumer products for normal domestic use. They are not medical, disinfecting, sanitising or therapeutic devices and are not sold with any such claim. Use each product strictly per its on-pack label, keep it out of reach of children, and never mix different cleaning products.
5. Consumables and food
Pantry and breakfast items are ambient, shelf-stable packaged goods — no fresh or cold-chain products. Allergen and ingredient information is governed by each product's own on-pack label, which takes precedence over website descriptions.
6. Orders, pricing and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; your statement shows STEADY HOME. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing or stock error.
7. Memberships and Auto-Restock
Household and Home Plus renew automatically for the period and amount shown at checkout until cancelled. Each cycle dispatches physical kits — it is not credits, stored value or a withdrawable balance, and undelivered kits do not roll over. You may Skip a cycle with no charge, Swap kits, or cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and the current period remains available to its end.
8. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery terms are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns/refunds in our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
Your use of the site must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Age
The service is for adults. Customers under 13 may not use Steady; those aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian consent to and complete any purchase and payment.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
