Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and where we deliver restock kits, what it costs and how Auto-Restock dispatch works. All fees are in US dollars.

1. Where we ship

We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

2. Shipping fees

  • Standard shipping: $12 USD per order.
  • Free standard shipping on one-off orders over $60 USD.
  • Home Plus members receive free standard shipping on membership dispatches.

3. Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Carriers

We dispatch through established third-party postal and courier carriers appropriate to the destination. Tracking is provided by email where the carrier supports it.

5. Auto-Restock dispatch

Membership kits dispatch on your chosen cadence (weekly, biweekly or monthly). You will be reminded before each dispatch and can Swap, Skip (no charge) or adjust quantities up to the cut-off shown in your account.

6. Addresses and failed delivery

Please keep your delivery address current in your account. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a further shipping fee may apply).

7. Goods we do not ship

We ship only everyday household goods and shelf-stable pantry items. We never ship tobacco, vapes, nicotine or alcohol, and we do not handle fresh, chilled or frozen goods.

8. Damaged or missing on arrival

If your kit arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact support@kincardinemart.shop within 14 days with a photo and we will resolve it under our Refund & Returns Policy.
