Who owns what, and the limited permission you give us to run your restock plan.

1. Our content

All site content — text, imagery, the Steady name and branding, kit descriptions and layout — is owned by KINCARDINE MINI MARKET LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the details you submit, including your Home Profile and any notes. By submitting them, you grant Steady a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that information solely to generate your restock plan, fulfil orders and provide support. We do not sell your content or use it for unrelated purposes.

3. Accuracy and responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit content that infringes others' rights or that you are not permitted to share.

4. Third-party marks

Any third-party names that may appear in shipping or payment flows belong to their respective owners and are used only to operate those services. Steady does not claim affiliation with them.
