Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how you may and may not use Steady.

1. No tobacco, nicotine or alcohol

Steady is a tobacco-free and alcohol-free service. You may not use the site to request, resell, or attempt to obtain tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, heated-tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches, nicotine in any form, or any alcoholic beverage. We do not stock, ship or broker these products under any circumstances.

2. Lawful, safe use of products

You agree to use cleaning and household products only as intended, per each product's on-pack label, and to keep them out of the reach of children. You must not misuse products or use them for any purpose they are not designed and labelled for.

3. Prohibited activity

• Reselling for unlawful purposes or misrepresenting our products.
• Fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment details.
• Interfering with the site's security, scraping at scale, or attempting unauthorised access.
• Submitting false information or another person's details without permission.
• Using the service if you are under 13, or aged 13–17 without a parent or guardian's consent.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse or cancel orders, suspend accounts or restrict access where this policy is breached. Serious or unlawful breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
