Refund & Returns Policy

Because kits contain cleaning, personal-care and food products, some items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
1. Unopened kits — 14-day returns
You may return an unopened kit within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You cover the cost of return postage. The kit and its contents must be unused, unopened and in resaleable condition.
2. Hygiene & safety exclusions
For health and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cleaning products, personal-care items or food/pantry products, or of any item where a hygiene seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
3. Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If a kit arrives damaged, or an item is incorrect, missing or short-shipped, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will re-send the affected items or issue a full refund for them at no cost to you.
4. How to start a return
Email support@kincardinemart.shop with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before we confirm.
5. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a claim. Refunds are made in US dollars.
6. Subscriptions and Auto-Restock
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains usable to its end. Undelivered kits are not refunded as cash or credit because membership is a periodic dispatch of goods, not a stored balance. If a subscription kit arrives damaged or incorrect, the damaged/incorrect rules above apply.
7. Skips
Skipping a cycle before dispatch means no charge for that cycle — there is nothing to refund.
8. Your statutory rights
These terms are in addition to your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights. Nothing here removes rights you have by law. See our Terms of Service.
