How does Auto-Restock work?
Choose a cadence (weekly, biweekly or monthly). Before each dispatch you can Swap a kit, Skip the cycle with no charge, or add extra. Manage or cancel anytime from your account.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and selected EU countries. Standard shipping is $12, free on orders over $60. See the Shipping & Delivery policy.
Can I return a kit?
Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery (you cover return postage). Opened cleaning, personal-care or food items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. See the Refund & Returns policy.
What is not sold on Steady?
Steady never sells, ships or brokers tobacco, vapes, nicotine products or alcohol. Cleaning items are ordinary consumer goods, not medical or sanitising devices.
What shows on my card statement?
Payments appear as STEADY HOME. All amounts are billed in US dollars.
